If you want your names to be included in the program they must reach us by the end of January.
Entries submitted after that date can only be accepted if they do not cause changes to the programmed heats (for example, creating a semi-final.)
You may refer to our Registration Page for your heat times several days prior to the event. Be warned, there may be some last minute unavoidable changes so please arrive early for your heats. NDCA rules provide for an event to commence up to 30 minutes earlier than the announced time!

Spectators – although we have plenty of seats left for Friday and Saturday night (and you can reserve them on-line,) hotel rooms at the Grove Park Inn Resort are on a wait-list system and cannot be confirmed until about 10 days prior to the event. We suggest you make alternative reservations in the meantime. Priority for hotel rooms will firstly go to competitors and their studio groups.
Reminders re the Single Dance events:
There will be separate divisions for ladies and gentlemen in the Pro/Am Closed Single-Dance events. Competitors may dance in three consecutive levels in the Closed events, e.g. Intermediate Bronze, Full Bronze, & Pre Silver and in 2 age groups (adults may dance down one age level, juniors may dance up one age level.)
The Pro/Am Open,Single-Dance Championships are UNISEX events.
Syllabus figure restrictions do not apply in the Open events. Competitors may dance in two consecutive levels and two age divisions.
