AIRLINE INFORMATION

ANNOUNCING NEW NON-STOP FLIGHTS FROM MORE CITIES
If you are flying to Asheville to attend the Heritage Classic, this information may help and save you money!
USAirways has direct flights from Charlotte, NC, with connecting flights nationwide. (USAirways co-share with United and Ted.)
Continental has a direct flight into Asheville from Newark, NJ and Houston, TX with connecting flights nationwide. (Continental co-share with NorthWest and Delta.)
Northwest Airlines has direct flights from Minneapolis, MN and Detroit, MI.
Delta has direct flights from Atlanta, GA and Cincinnati, OH, with connecting flights nationwide.
Airline Ticketing Options to other nearby airports:
Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina is about 90 minutes by car.
Charlotte, North Carolina is two hours by car.
Considering Asheville airport is 25 minutes drive to the Grove Park Inn and the transfers are $32 per person round trip, a rental car could save considerable airfare with the same arrival time at the Grove Park Inn and provide you with mobility during the event.

AIRPORT:

Asheville Regional Airport has been serviced predominantly by USAir and Delta, but Continental and Northwest Airlines now also provide service into Asheville. It is about 25 minutes to the hotel.

ASHEVILLE AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
|
For the convenience of attendees, special transfers between Asheville Airport and The Grove Park Inn can be arranged. Coaches and mini buses will meet the scheduled flights only for those who have made reservations in advance.
When your travel plans are finalized, write, email or fax our office with the names
of your group members, the airline, flight number and arrival and departure times in Asheville.
A voucher for each person will be mailed to you for presentation at the airport. Drivers will only accept vouchers issued by the organizers.
The cost is $32 per person, round trip (representing a saving of $18 per person.) We can also arrange stretch limousines upon request.

DIRECTIONS BY ROAD:
|
From I-26 or I-40, take I-240 into Asheville.
Take exit 5B, Charlotte Street.
Proceed north on Charlotte Street for approximately 1.3 miles, then turn right on Macon Avenue.
After 8/10 mile, you will see Grove Park Inn entrance on the left.

HOTEL CHECKIN:
|
Official hotel check-in is 4:00 pm each day. The front office staff will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals, however no guarantees can be made. Ample dressing room facilities are located adjacent to the Grand Ballroom.

HOTEL PARKING:
|
|
Although free undercover self-parking is available, the hotel offers valet service at a nominal hourly or daily charge for those who wish to avail themselves of this service.
